Aussie Back Burn Chilli Beef

Ingredients:
1 Kg ground beef
I large onion
1 1/2 Tbls Cumin
I tin chopped tomatoes
2 Tbl tomato paste
1Tbls Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup kidney beans
Tbls all purpose flour
2 cloves garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
3 Tbls ‘Aussie Back Burn’

Method: Braise onion and garlic briefly add beef mince cook well making sure to not let the beef clump together. When cooked through quickly mix in the flour, add Cumin, Paprika, chopped tomatoes & tomato paste, mix well. Add 3 Tbls ‘Aussie Back Burn’ pepper sauce & salt pepper to taste (add extra water if desired). Serve with steamed rice.
