Hot Bot Mango Dressing
Ingredients:
1 medium size ripe mango
2 cups mayonaise
2 Tbls ‘Mango “n” Ginger Hot Bot’ (that’s all you need!)
Salt & pepper to taste
Method: Blend all ingredients. Ready! Use to zest up some left over potatoes, as a mayo replacement or (my favourite) on a ham and tomato sandwich.
